Based in Los Angeles, the entertainment capital of the world, Iconduit is a bridge between the worlds of entertainment and New Media, allowing success in either sphere to cross over into the other. The Iconduit management team brings together people uniquely qualified to maintain this bridge.

Wes Stevens, Managing Director,


has been working in the entertainment industry for 14 years. Wes graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia, focusing on Finance and Marketing. In January 2002, he acquired his former employer, Talent Group, Inc.’s voice-over division and re-launched it as VOX, Inc. Since then VOX has grown consistently in reputation and revenue, representing an array of professional actors and celebrities.

At the end of 2007, in conjunction with his three strategic partners, Wes launched the new media management company, Iconduit, Inc.This company was established as a means of capitalizing on the shifts in business and media toward the New Media platform and branded entertainment, away from traditional advertising and entertainment.

Wes has shifted day-to-day management of the agency, VOX, to his vice president, he continues to represent celebrity clients and to oversee the company’s business development. His goal is to cultivate synergies between VOX and Iconduit coordinating their integrated and mutually beneficial strategic plans.

Joe Townley, Creative Director,


began working in the telecommunications industry at the age of sixteen. He rose to be Marketing Director of Townley Communications Plc, which before its sale to Vodafone in 2004, was the largest independent corporate service provider in the UK. He subsequently helped to set up Townley Network Solutions Ltd and continues to act as an advisor to that company. He moved to Los Angeles to develop ideas to bring the entertainment, telecommunications and New Media industries together effectively. He has a broad range of contacts across these industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree from Oxford University.
